I didn&#8217;t think the experience of &#8220;No Talking, Just Typing&#8221; would move me in any particular direction. But it did.<br \/>\nMat&#8217;s performance installation piece gives the participant a platform <strong>to be heard<\/strong>. And with our abbreviated social media conversations, I think we&#8217;re all used to a kind of uncertainty as to whether the person we&#8217;re texting on the receiving end will even read our words, let alone consider our thoughts.<br \/>\nI found myself wanting to talk about ALL KINDS of topics I don&#8217;t usually discuss.
